      Dear Students

      Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Faculty of Fine Arts was established and started its activities with the "Decision on the Establishment, Closure and Renaming of Institutes, Faculties and Schools Affiliated to Some Higher Education Institutions" numbered 2018/11959 published in the Official Gazette dated 13.03.2009 and numbered 27168.

      It is planned to include Traditional Turkish Arts, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Graphic Design and Music departments in our faculty. The Faculty of Fine Arts was established with the aim of raising individuals who have universal values and thoughts, who will contribute to the culture of the country and the world by following the developments in art, science and technology. In our country, which has a rich cultural heritage, our Faculty, which undertakes the mission of raising qualified individuals who can integrate cultural values especially in the fields of art and design and are aware of their social responsibilities, aims to be a Faculty in life as a requirement of the various social responsibilities it undertakes.

      In this direction, it is aimed to contribute to the cultural art of the region and the country based on universal values with a participatory and innovative management approach. In our Faculty, which is still in the establishment phase, in order to achieve the determined goals, first of all, a faculty staff with the potential to achieve the quality of education and training of nationally and internationally recognized faculties and to create a unique artistic identity in our Faculty is being formed.

      The cultural richness of the Tokat region, the knowledge and experience of our qualified academic staff and a contemporary, participatory, open to development and dynamic educational approach will be blended in our Faculty, which will become an ecole in fine arts education, and will make a name for itself in local, national and international artistic activities by combining traditional and modern application techniques and creativity.
